2020 Update
While this year has been difficult for us all, we still want to carry out our mission of reaching out to our seniors. This year, we are still planning to deliver baskets/gift cards, but we need your help! We have nomination form below that you can click on if you planning to nominate. If you are planning to nominate a senior for our program, please complete the form below by December 21.
There is also a new donation page that lets you be able to donate right here on the website! If you are willing, just click on the donations tab and put your amount and payment method. Any amount is appreciated but not necessary.
